???????? Trapped With My Sexytary Episode One:
ALLEN TOSH’s POV ????
I was typing away on my computer, focused on getting the information I was searching for, when I heard the light knock on my door.
โCome inโ I said briskly and continued doing what I was doing. I had limited time, and if I didn’t get what I needed in record time, Toshteck Limited could be history right under my watch.
โGood morning sirโ I heard a female voice greet confidently and nodded in response without as much as looking up.
I was told my secretary quit the day before, and a replacement had to be sought immediately, so I could already tell that whoever it was that just greeted me must be the new secretary.
โMay I have your attention for a few minutes sir? I have just been hired as your secretary and there are a few things Iโd like to let you know about my working terms with you sirโ the voice said, and I looked up in shock.
โWas that the voice of a secretary, someone that has just been hired, asking me to stop what I was doing to listen to whatever it is she had to say?โ I wondered as I set aside the all important task for some moments to look at the being in front of me.
My eyes caught sight of the person standing in front of me, and I unconsciously sulked in air sharply.
Standing in front of me was a being I could have sworn had just descended to earth, straight from the heavenlies.
I looked at her and in a moment, I could tell that she was just too bootylicious for my comfort. Who works with a secretary looking this provocative when he had an herculean task at hand?
She had a midnight black hair that was pulled up to a donot, outlining her hazel, almond shaped eyes that sparkled as she stood looking at me, as though assessing me to determine what to tell me.
Her hawkish nose and dimpled cheek made her full lips look more inviting, and as I looked at her slender and elegant neck, I knew she wasnโt the type of person I needed around me for a secretary, when I was in the middle of recovering my company from the depth my fatherโs wife had driven it before I could wrestle it off her hands.
โYou are?โ I asked, forcing myself to sound as unaffected as I could. “A few months before, and I would have been asking her what she’d have me do to host her for a night; but ALLEN-TOSH has more important things to think of!” I mused
โI was getting to that part, but I needed to allow you the time to stare as much as you could, at least to get a complete picture of my appearance before I continued, since once we’re officially on, you won’t be allowed to gaze like that!
โMy name is Sasha Jones, and I was hired a few minutes ago to work with you as your secretary Mr. ALLEN-TOSH.
โI noticed you were busy when I got in, so I may have to get back after I have taken delivery of the documents I asked the HR department to avail me with, to enable you finish up with what youโre doingโ she told me, sounding more like the boss, than a secretary that she was hired to be.
โIโm sorry Miss Sasha, but you wonโt be working here, at least, not with me as my secretary.
โThose guys in the HR department must truly be tired of their jobs to get me someone like you for a secretary at this critical point of this organization.
โRest assured Miss Sasha, my decision not to accept you as my secretary has little or nothing to do with you per say.
โWhat I need is someone whoโd function as my secretary and enable me pilot this organization to the next level, and not just some pretty face who thinks everyone man will crawl at her feet because she’s got a pretty look. This isn’t a club Missโ I told her, trying not to sound as offensive as I would have loved to, considering how annoyingly bold she was being my presence.
โItโs okay sir. But Iโm sure youโd be asking me to take the job in the next one hour, and by then, Iโll only accept with a 50% raise on the remuneration we already discussed.
โPlease do take a look at my resume that Iโll email you shortly, and remember, you have just one hour to decide and get back to me, or itโll be a 70% raiseโ she told me then bowed respectfully before she walked out of my office.
I watched her walk away and seeing her enchanting back view, I knew I had taken the right decision to send her away.
Some minutes later, I got a notification that told me I had received an email, but I wasn’t in the mood to take a look at it.
I still hadnโt been able to get the information I was seeking about our rival organization that was driving my company to extinction, so I ignored the mail.
Something about the way the unopened envelope at the top of my screen kept catching my attention made me want to take a look at it, and without thinking about it, I clicked on the envelope about forty five minutes after I got the mail.
It was a resume from an unknown sender. โI canโt remember asking anyone to send me resumes directly. I donโt hire myself, the HR department doesโ I thought in annoyance.
I made to exit the screen, but my mouse clicked on open and Sasha Jones popped up, displaying right at the top of the resume.
Curiosity and something else I couldnโt give a name, made me begin to look at the document, and then at the attachment she asked me to see, and I nearly lost my mind
I pulled out my phone to call the number the resume had and my palms were sweating as I dialed without getting a response for about three consecutive times.
โYou should let the person youโre calling get back to you after calling two consecutive timesโ my head told me, but I wasnโt willing to let that Sasha girl decide not to come back, so etiquettes kind of meant nothing to me at that moment .
โWho told me to judge a book by itโs cover anyways? And since when did I start double checking a job done by the HR guys?โ I asked myself, hร ting my guts for failing to look beyond her beautiful appearance.
โRule number one: never appear despรชrate whether as a prospective employee or an employer, no matter how much you need the applicant, or the job, as the case may be.
โIt down plays your chances of getting a positive responseโ Miss Sasha said as she walked into my office, some minutes after I dropped my phone in frustrร tion.
