Max returned to Mandy’s house, just as he had promised he would, the next day, to ask for more money.
He was fast becoming a nuisance, both to himself, and to the people that created the monstèr he had become.
“Where is the money I asked you to get for me? I told you that I need that money this morning to take care of some important personal expenses.
“Why does it seem like you’re now taking my simplicity and liniency for granted?
“Or do you think this boring sëx you two gave me last night, is enough to replace the money I asked for?
“I want money, and I’m not joking about this. If I don’t get this money before nightfall today, you won’t like the version of me that you’ll see” Max threàtened with a shout.
The mother and daughter looked at Max, then exchanges worried glances as they both thought of what they would do to save themselves from the menàce now personified as Max.
Farida found her tongue first. She thought about how she had been able to always make Max do what she wanted in the past, and decided that it was a better deal to have him on her side.
She had given all that has been happening between them a critical thought all through the night, and rather than feel offended with what he did to her, she felt sorry for having contributed to making Max become as bãd as he had become.
“Max, I know you’re àngry, and you don’t care that I look so hûrt by what you’re doing and saying because I have done things that made you turn against me this bãdly, but it is still me, your Farida.
“You can’t keep being màd at me this way, treating me so bãdly, when you know I have your child growing in me.
“Please my love, we can make amends and have our lives back, forgive me for betraying our love, and give me a chance to make things up to you” Farida said.
Mandy remained quiet, not really taking to heart what Farida had said, because she was sure, Farida was only trying to play smart with Max, and so did Max.
“Do you think I’m an imbècile Farida? You have suddenly become my Farida, without any effort to beg you again! You didn’t come back to me after all the pleas and cajoling for so long, and you’re miraculously coming back to me on your own accord, after what I did last night?
“Come on Farida, think of something else to say, because Max is no fōōl!” he told her, sneeringly.
“Max, I swear to you, I mean what I have just said. You have become a stranger to me, acting in a way I never imagined you could act with me, but that’s all because I slipped bãdly.
“Yes Max, I allowed my mother push me into doing so many bãd things, not just against you, but also against her friend, a woman that I grew up thinking was blōõd related to my mother, because of how she cared for my siblings and I” Farida said.
“Wait a minute, have you suddenly gone màd, Farida?” her mother asked her, getting exasperated with the realization that Farida wasn’t playing games.
“No mother! I am not running màd now! I’ve been stark raving màd for so long. I was crãzy to have allowed you lead me into this mess!

“But not anymore mother. I lay in pains all through the night, unable to get off the floor, and finding it so hard to find sleep, because I couldn’t find peace in my heart.
“And now, whether Max takes me back or not, whether he believes that I’m sorry or not, I guess my first step towards restitution for my wrong doings is to accept them and make conscious efforts to apologize to those I have offended, and I’m starting with Max” Farida said.
“Wait! Wait!! Farida, how on earth can you be serious? Did you have to let me go so bad before you realized all that you said you realized now?
“How will things ever be okay between us when I have given you the biggest insûlt a man can give a woman?
“Look, I know I am not the smartest of guys, but I know that asking a girl, whether she is your girlfriend or fiancé to have a threesôme with you, is the highest level of insûlt to her.

“Go ahead and cursè me, and let me see how meaningful the words of a woman who has no value for the children God blessed her with can be
“So much so, she could send her young and inexperienced daughter into wàr with an innocent and kind woman, pushing her to nemèsis because of the financial gains she’s pursuing.
“Go ahead mother, and lay a curse, and see if the curse that my siblings kept laying on you, after you sent them out with my dad, just because you have found a new souce of wealth, and just didn’t want any of them standing in the way of the new life you wanted, won’t override it.
“Are you still waiting? Go ahead and curse me, and see how the blessings my siblings gave me, the day I located where my dad was able to move into, and gave them a new and befitting accommodation, before I arranged for my siblings to get admitted into good boarding schools, turn it to nothing” Farida snorted.
“So, after all I did for you, after all the sacrifices I made to ensure that you have a good life, you still have the effrontery to go behind my back, trying to act all good, in the eyes of your cursed father?” Mandy asked Farida, raising her hand in ãnger, as though to hit her.
“Hold it right there woman. You don’t hit my woman, not in my presence, and especially not when she has suffered so much already because of your grèed and high handedness” Max told Mandy, pushing her hand away from Farida forcefully.
“Farida, I don’t know how we’re going to ever recover from all the evil your mother has made us get ourselves involved in.
“She has ruined my plan of living in my humble background, seeking for how to better my life in the most legitimate of ways, and earn enough to have us living as comfortably as we should.
“But can I wish for a happy life now, hoping to live happily forever after with you, when her friend, whom she introduced me to, and made promise to give me so much, had to be as heavily framed up as she made me do, and is now at war with her husband?” Max cried.
“We can talk about what we must do after now, but I think it’ll be in our best interest to leave here now, and seek for how to protect you from the àssasins this woman is planning to send after you” Farida said, shocking both Mandy and Max.
