Please sir can you please speed up,we have an emergency,Betty had told the bike man who increased the speed and within some few minutes they had already arrived at the police station,the man dropped them at the gate.
Betty who was seated in between the bearded guy and Jane had jumped off from the motorcycle and started walking she couldn’t even remember to pay.
Madam wait you haven’t paid me yet,the man had tried to call Mama Sarah whose mind was far away,she didn’t even look back as she paced into the police station.
Don’t worry sir,how much for the two of us? Jane had asked

Jane then ran after Betty who was walking faster into the police station,she caught up with her and they walked in. There were two police officers,a man and a lady,dressed in blue police uniforms, attending to a man who seemed to have been beaten.
They went directly and sat on a wooden bench that had been placed on the wall .Three other people were seated at the bench,so they had to wait.
Sarah who had been a sleep for almost five hours finally came to herself.She felt a sharp pain in her head that hit hard.Her eyes were very heavy and she struggled to see due to the bright light.
Hey baby girl,you are awake,the dark man who wore glasses had parched her on the shoulders and helped her to a seat as he drove through the crowded city.
Sarah could see many cars,many people and even tall buildings through the window,she kept staring at the buildings and the people,she admired the goods that people were selling on the roadside.She had never seen such a beauty since she had never been to town.
