I sat on the chair around the corner lost in thoughts. Did he just call me? Danny Farrow just waved at me! I was so shocked to even reply reply him. Why is all these happening now I already said yes to Peter.
“Nikky. Are you okay?” Peter asked waving his hand in front of my eyes making me jolt out of my thoughts. I almost forgot I was sitting in front of Peter.

“Siree. I will order coffee.” He said calling unto the waiter. I summoned courage to take a look at him again and I saw he was laughing with his brother. The handsomeness runs in their vien. His brother is equally hot.
I wonder who that girl is? She seems closer to Kaleb than Danny.

“Of course. Madam Faridah is tired of my work anyways. It isn’t my pleasure so I joke with it, avd that is quite annoying to her.” I said sighing.
“It will be over soon okay?” He said holding my hand.
“I pray so.” I replied sipping the coffee again. I looked up and I saw Danny, his brother and the Lady standing up. I guess they are done here. Danny looked around like he was in search of something.
Our eyes met and I quickly looked away pretending to search my bag for absolutely nothing in particular.
I was like that for some minutes and the next time I rose up my head, he was gone. I looked around for him but I couldn’t see the traces of him.
“Are you waiting for someone?” Peter asked.
“No, not at all.” I replied smiling. At least he has left now, no need for me to keep being nervous.
“So Peter tell me about you.” I said trying to start off a conversation just to forget all about Danny Farrow.
“About me…. I am Just a man looking for true love.” He said and I smiled.
“Not that. I mean how you got to this level? How you even fell in love with Me…” I said and he nodded.
“Oh okay. About how I got to this level, its hardwork. And the most important thing is loving what you do. That is what brought me this far.” He said.
“What do you do? If I may ask?” I asked smiling.
“I am a contractor.” He replied.
“Wow that is nice.” I said sipping the coffee again.
“Thanks. And about how I fell in love with you. Your beauty was the first to catch my attention. When I saw you in that restaurant, I became lost staring at you. And I know you noticed that.” He said and I nodded.
“Pretty well.” I replied smiling.
“Your generosity and voice when you spoke to me melted me. And all I wanted is to be with you at all times.” He said making me smile.
“That is so sweet of you.” I said and he nodded smiling.
“Nikky I love you so much. So much.” He said and I smiled as he held my hand.
“I love you too.” I said and it felt so wrong. But its not a big deal, after some days I will grow to love him.
“You do?” He asked and I nodded smiling.
“I do Peter.” I said and I saw happiness in his eyes.
“Thank you so much Nikky.” He said kissing the back of my hand.
“Thank You too. For waiting.” I said and he reached for my lips and planted a soft kiss on it. I shut my eyes and opened it to see him beaming.
“That was actually my first kiss.” I said shyly.
“Really?” He asked in shock.
“Yeah.” I replied feeling so bad I gave it out to him not Danny. But what can i do? I can’t keep deceiving myself.
“Am so sorry for not asking for your permission before doing that.” He said in a sad tone.
“Its okay Peter. It is sweet of you to apologize but it isn’t necessary. I am your girlfriend now.” I said and he laughed slightly.
“Do you know how happy i am to hear that?” He asked and I shook my head smiling.
“Nope I don’t know.” I said.
“I am so happy, I can’t even measure it.” He said and I smiled.
“Its quite obvious. You know, this things are kinda strange to me. I haven’t dated anyone apart from you.” I said and his mouth dropped open.

“Yes you are.” I said and he kissed the back of my hand again.

“Should we get out of here?” He asked and I nodded.
“Perfect idea.” I said carrying my bag and standing up. He reached for my hand and held it as we walked out of the restaurant.
“Today was amazing.” I said as we walked down the street that lead to my house.
“It was extremely amazing.” He said making m giggle. I rested my head on his shoulders as we fast approached my house.
“Will you be free on Saturday? I wan to take you out.” He said as we got home.
“I should be.” I said smiling.
