People were sitting on the woods and some were dancing, some drinking while the loud music played as the fire burned.
“Hope you’re having a good time, I’ll love to steal my girl for a while” Kelvin came to where the girls were dancing as he requested for Kaelyn.
“Sorry girls, my boo wants me” Kaelyn gave the girls and apology look as she left with Kelvin but they know deep down that she wasn’t sorry.
“Hey” Bryan was the next person to walk towards them and Julia could only rolled her eyes, knowing what he wants.
“Just take her away” She sighed and Aime happily clinged on Bryan’s arms.
“I love you Julia, I hope you have a good time” She shouted as Bryan pulled her away.
Julia sighed and rubbed her palms around her body. Despite the fire burning, it was still a cold night and she couldn’t go to Jake. They were both hiding their relationship from everyone, Jake was with Sydney but few times, he stole glances at her and when their eyes meet they secretly smile at each other.
“Will you be okay staying here by yourself?” Jake asked Sydney causing her to roll her eyes.
“Why do you keep treating me like I’m little, I’m just a bit younger than you” She frowned at him.
“I’m sorry” Jake said.
“It’s fine, you wanna go see Julia?” She leaned to him and whisper.
Jake slowly nodded.
“I’ll be fine, you should go” Sydney gave him an assuring smile.
“Thanks a lot” Jake tapped her shoulders before bringing his phone to text Julia. Sydney watched him till he was gone before going to get herself drinks.
Julia met Jake by the beach side, he was backing her.
“The sand feels nice and the fire makes the air warm but the night is boring without you in it” Jake said as he turned to face her. She was putting on a tiny hand primrose flowery warm gown.
Jake creased his brows and moved closer to her.
“I cought you rubbing your arms a few times, do you feel cold?” He was already taking off his jacket while he asked.
“A little” She replied and he wrapped the jacket around her.
After a while a silent, Julia slowly looked at him. “Shouldn’t we talk about Sunday? You know things won’t be the same anymore” She mumbled.
“Or how about we just forget about our parents and have this night to ourselves then talk about it tomorrow?” Jake held her waist and pulled her close.
Julia bit her lips and nodded, Jake cupped her face she leaned to give her a kiss. It was a gentle kiss as they both enjoyed the soft music that was currently playing.
“I’m so sorry to interrupt” Someone said. It was Amanda. She said she was sorry for interrupting and yet did not look sorry at all.
Jake and Julia broke their kiss. Jake wrapped his arms around Julia’s waist while Julia gave Amanda an annoyed look. She already cut off the bet so what more does she need.
“It’s just that we are about to play a game. Your friends are looking for you” Amanda informed, smiling at them as she left.
“Everything about her seems suspicious!” Julia scoffed when she was out of sight.
“Don’t worry about her, let’s go meet the rest before they start getting suspicious of where the both of us are” Jake replied and Julia nodded.
They were holding hands but quickly disengaged when they got to where majority of the students were sitting in front of the fire.
“So we are playing spin and dare” Amanda said.
“Spin and dare?” Aime looked confused.
Amanda rolled her eyes before replying. “It’s a mixture of spin the bottle and truth or dare but this time when you spin you dare” She said while smirking.
“Sounds interesting, let me start” A random student took the bottle and spun it. It landed on Sydney.
“New girl, who among this boys do you find attractive?” He asked, rubbing his chin and winking at her.
Sydney only eyed his disturbing look before shyly pointing at Rico who wasn’t even paying attention, he was just pressing his phone.
“That one” She mumbled.
“Rico?” Kelvin asked surprisingly while Jake only gave Rico a black look.
“Are you sure it’s him or maybe his twin?” Jake asked but Aime quickly hugged Bryan’s arms to herself.
“He’s off limits!” She gave everyone a warning look that only made Bryan smiled and pat her head.
Rico stared at Sydney and one of his friends said;
“Do be careful, he loves it when girls chase after him. He’s been chasing this one for long before he finally gave up”
Rico only rolled his eyes.
Sydney spun the bottle and it pointed Kelvin.
“I dare you to the chicken dance” She said.
“Do it!!”
“Chicken dance woah!!”
Students began jeering for Kelvin to do the chicken dance and Kelvin had no choice but to stand up and do as they said.
The bottle was spun and it landed on Amanda.
“I dare you to lick the floor” Aime smirked at her.
“You can’t be serious!” Amanda glared.
“But I’m damn serious” Aime didn’t look remorseful.
Amanda couldn’t drink because she was on a diet so she licked the floor feeling disgusted and angry at Aime. She spun and unfortunately it landed on Bryan.
She smirked and looked at Aime before looking at Bryan. “I dare you to kiss me or put your pinky finger in the fire for ten seconds” She told him and everyone gasp.
“Ten seconds? That’s absurd!” Aime said angrily.
“You shouldn’t have asked me to lick the floor” Amanda shrugged.
“But that’s overboard!” Julia intervened.
“Shut your mouth and wait for your turn!” Amanda gave Julia a deep look filled with hatred for some seconds before covering it with a smile.
Bryan chuckled a little.
“Even if I was given an option to stand inside the fire naked then I would because I would never kiss you or anyone who’s not my girl” Bryan scoffed before putting his fingers on the fire.
“Bryan!” Aime pulled his hands away immediately. It wasn’t in the fire for five seconds yet he was burnt.
“Whatever” Amanda rolled her eyes.
Bryan spun next and it landed on Jake.
“Kiss the person beside you for five minutes” He said.
The person beside him was Julia and students began jeering.
“Kiss her!!”

Amanda was clenching her fist when Jake held Julia’s lips and leaned to take her lips. He kissed her slowly at first, gently, lovingly and as the time counted he went passionate and almost went for her neck when someone’s alarm rang indicating that it was five minutes already.
“Fuck that kiss just made me feel single despite already having a girl” Kelvin said and Kaelyn gave him a glare.
“Are you saying I don’t kiss better?” She asked.
“Fuck no!” Kelvin laughed.
The bottle was spun couple more times till Amanda was the one holding it. She spun it and it pointed Julia, just what she had been waiting for all night.
“Well well” She smirked as she stared at Julia.
Julia felt uneasy with Amanda but she faced herself to stay calm.
“Julia” Amanda called, her lips slowly curving to an evil smile, making Julia question her motive. “i dare you to tell Jake” She said.
“Tell Jake what?” Julia found herself stuttering her heart was busy. She tried giving Amanda an eye but Amanda acted blind.
“Tell Jake about the bet” She said and that was it.
Aime slowly looked at Julia. “I thought you told me you’ve cut things with her?” She mumbled.
“I swear I did” Julia replied.
“You’re delaying our time Julia. Just tell Jake about the bet already! Tell him how you used him and all what the both of you are having right now is not real” Amanda added.
