Preciousโs pregnancy was getting bigger and bigger day by day.
Meanwhile, pressure was on Kelechi to come home and pay Preciousโs bride price. As his people were on his neck. Likewise that of Preciousโs people.
At some point, KC had to succumb to the pressure. He had to travel home and pay Preciousโs bride price.
The whole thing was done in complete secrecy. Apart from Bright, nobody else was aware of KC’s secret marriage. Not even Martha.
KC frowned at the whole thing. Although It was not as if he was not happy for the marriage. Just that the urgency of the whole thing was out of his plan. He had planned to get rid of Martha out of his life entirely before finally settling down with Precious. As he wanted a loud marriage. But be that as it may, he was still happy that he finally married Precious.
Meanwhile, KC left Precious at the village. He intended to bring her to Lagos after she must have been put to bed. By then, he must have finally cut ties with Martha.

KC decided to heed to the latter.

Martha dressed up and they left to go have fun.
Despite how hard KC tried stopping Martha from taking alcohol that night, she still drenched her memory with alcohol.
Martha became drunk to the extent that she couldn’t walk on her own without help. In fact, it was KC that even carried her into the vehicle.

They got home successfully.
That night, Martha didn’t allow KC to go home. She pleaded with him not to leave her that night.
So, KC spent the night in Martha’s place.
