I flinched in shock as the phone fell freely from my hand.
“What the hell are you doing with my phone?” Bryan asked as he rushed to pick his phone up.

I walked downstairs as tears flooded down my cheeks.

I wiped off my tears as I walked out of the house to the garden.

The message I saw kept reappearing in my head and that made me extremely pained.

I picked up my cell phone as I watched her walk out of the room.
“Did she see the messages?”

But why should that even worry me?

But then I suddenly became weak in replying back her messages.
I dropped my phone beside me and drifted off to bed.
I rolled from one side of the bed to another as I rubbed my eyes tiredly.
I yawned hungrily as I yanked the duvet off my body.
“So it’s morning already” I said as I stretched my weak body.

It was already arranged which means Arianna had woken up.

“10 missed calls and three text messages” I almost screamed out.

I walked into the bathroom.

I turned off the gas cooker as I took the kettle.
I poured the hot water into the mugs in front of me.
Nadia entered again.
“Uhh…. Sister in-law? Why is there two mugs instead of three?” She asked as I forced a smile.
“Am sure your brother is not hungry” I lied as she brought another mug.
“He will eat!” She said.

We were already seated on the dinning when Bryan walked downstairs already dressed to go out.
“See you later!” He said to confused Nadia and turned to leave.
“Where are you going to?” I asked in as much as I never wanted to ask him that question.
He turned around with furrowed eyebrows.
“And what do you care?” He asked with a hoarse voice.
That was when he saw that his sister was still there with a confused face.
“Ohh honey…. Don’t tell me you’re already missing me” He said with a feign smile.
“Of course not… Just wondering why a married man won’t have breakfast” I said as he gulped.
“Yes brother… Eat with us,,, listen sister-in-law’s meal is so delicious” Nadia said as he patted her hair.
“I know but I have an important meeting OK” He said as he pecked my forehead and I felt like slapping his face.
We watch him speed out of the house.
“He’s probably going to meet his slut” I thought.
“Let’s eat sister!” Nadia said.

As we heard Bryan’s car speed out of the compound.
